When you use our contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the message you send us. If you use the chat widget on our site, we collect the messages you send through it so we can respond to your enquiry. If you email or call us directly, we collect whatever information you choose to share with us that way. We do not require you to create an account to use this website.

2. How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, provide the information or services you've asked about, and maintain a record of our correspondence with you. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

3. Cookies

This website is built and hosted on the Wix platform, which uses cookies and similar technologies to run core site functionality, such as remembering your session and site preferences. Wix may also enable analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. We do not sell your personal information. 8. The SafeTap app

Ransom Group also publishes the SafeTap mobile app. SafeTap has its own dedicated privacy policy, covering what the app accesses on your device and how it's used — see our SafeTap Privacy Policy page. This general website policy does not apply to the app.

If our data practices change, we'll update this policy and change the effective date above.
